ALL-in INNOVATIVE SCHOLAR AWARDS: Elysian Esse Shop
ALL-in notices the creative minds of their mentees. To celebrate their creativity, the ALL-in Innovative Scholar Award was introduced. Moreover, this award allows ALL-in mentees to showcase their projects in line with their passion and help them build their brand. This time, we got a runner up with one of the best projects that contributes a lot to mental health awareness and communities. Let's check out Madeline's Elysian Esse Shop project below!
The Background
To spread mental health awareness, Madeline plans on selling items that surround the idea of positivity and loving oneself. But it's not just about spreading awareness: the collected funds will later be donated to charity.
The Initiatives
Madeline's project started with brainstorming issues surrounding society. With all the information gathered, mental health was the one that had the potential to be further developed.
One of the first things that Madeline did was go through the planning process to determine the possible items to be sold. After narrowing the items down, she started making set designs and her shop's logo.
The Product
Even though it's still in the early stages, Madeline has started executing her project by opening social media and online marketplace accounts and creating content such as promotional posters and advertisements.
At this point, her online shop was ready to launch. She has uploaded several posts on her shop's social media account and has started taking pre-orders. To keep everything in order, she created a systemised database in a spreadsheet to store customer information.
As stated before, Madeline's project was not just about generating funds—she also wanted to do something good for society. After delivering all the sold goods, Madeline donated the revenues to charity. In addition, she has started promoting the next batch of goods to be sold later.
The Future Plan
In the future, Madeline plans to conduct a survey of the audience and promote her project to reach a larger audience.

'Madeline's idea is more than just a clothing line; it's also a platform for mental health education, which is a critical issue in today's society. She has also developed a detailed and clear plan, from brainstorming the topics to creating the products. And now, people can find her products on social media and online marketplaces.
Mental health is very important for us humans. Furthermore, the problem is not many people are aware that we have to be able to show our emotions to keep our mental health in check. Madeline not only spreads awareness of mental health, but she can also donate to charity and build a personal brand in the process.
