When you're applying to universities, there are a lot of numbers to consider. One of the first things to look at is the university acceptance rate. Although it isn't everything, it's a good general rule of thumb when comparing schools.
UCLA's acceptance rate is usually about 14 percent. However, only 15,028 students got accepted into the Class of 2025 from a total of 139,490 applicants. This brings the UCLA acceptance rate for the 2021/2022 admission cycle down to only 11 percent.
However, you should know that the UCLA acceptance rate depends on the number of applicants for each incoming class. That means that, while the number of accepted students may remain constant over time, the acceptance rate will vary based on the number of applicants.
