The NUS application is a special process for aspiring students. This process requires you to put all of your attention and time into it . After knowing the application deadline, the next step is to know the application process for international students. Furthermore, the application process is online, which means you can access your application anytime and anywhere. Let's take a further look at the NUS application process below:

Step 1: Online application submission

1. Visit the application page and apply to the application group.
2. Once your application has been received, you will be given an application number and receive an email with the subject line "Acknowledgement of Application to NUS Undergraduate Courses", after submitting it online.
3. By the application deadline for your qualification, you would still be able to change your contact information, course preferences, accomplishments, and personal statement via the applicant portal.

Step 2: Paying the application fee

1. Your application must be accompanied by a $20 non-refundable application fee.

Step 3: Electronic filing of the proof of purchase

1. By the application deadline, you must upload a complete set of supporting documents via the applicant portal.
2. Check the document status using the Applicant Portal 3 - 5 working days after electronic submission. Furthermore, if there is no update to your document status, you are required to re-upload your documents again.
3. All non-English supporting documents must be submitted with the english translation.
4. Do not submit original certificates and documents as they will not be returned.
5. Incomplete applications by the deadline may affect the processing of your application or its withdrawal from consideration for admission.

NUS Application Requirements

One of the most important things that you should know about the application is the requirements. An international applicant seeking admission to NUSshould have finished high school or be in the process of finishing it by July of the application year, which equates to at least twelve years of general education. Before submitting an online application, please double-check that you have chosen the appropriate qualification and applicant group type.

Application deadlines are determined by your high school diploma. Unless otherwise stated, your whole application, including all required materials, must be received by the Office of Admissions by the application deadline.

For consideration of undergraduate admission, students—including those enrolled in home studies—may submit the following test results:

NUS Application Requirements: ACT with Writing

There are five sections on the ACT: the English, Math, Reading, Science, and Writing tests (Optional). The writing portion is essential for applicants who are submitting their ACT application instead of their SAT. Moreover, the minimum acceptable aggregate score for NUS consideration is 29, and the minimum acceptable score for the writing component is 8.

All ACT components, including the writing section, must be taken in one session. Furthermore, It is not acceptable to combine section scores from various sittings. Also, ACT test results are valid for five years. The admission officers will consider test results from five years prior to the application deadline.

NUS Application Requirements: SAT Subjects Test

Content-based exams make up the SAT Subject Tests. There should be three topic examinations taken. The two additional subjects are up for option, but Level 2 Mathematics is required. Moreover, the three topic tests that applicants must submit are as follows:

• Level 2 mathematics (required for all subjects except law);
• An additional topic of your choice (excluding Mathematics Level 1)
• A third subject of your choosing (other than Level 1 Mathematics). 

Candidates for law school admission can take any SAT Subject Test combination.

NUS accepts the results of three SAT Subject Tests taken in two sittings over a 12-month period. Also, other score combinations or mixing are not allowed.
