When you have a dream, tell people around you about it. This way, you will get more motivated in achieving your goals. This is because every time you meet them, either they will ask you about your progress or you will be reminded that you must work on your targets. When you fail, however, you will feel that the embarrassment of having to tell them about your failures becomes a source of strength for you to man up. Think of them as if they are your accountability partners. While this step is sort of a double-edged sword for your face, it will fuel you to work extra hard to realize your dreams.
You cannot achieve your goals if you do not even believe that you can! If not you, then who would? You should believe in yourself and that you can overcome the challenges along the way. You may be far from your dream now but at least you are moving. You are not who you were yesterday. You are better version of yourself today! Do not lose hope and stay positive.

Time flies when you are having fun, right? You do not have to force yourself to work hard to reach your dream. So, just fave fun while you are doing it! Be creative on how you do it. Find other ways to make it more fun. You can even find a friend with the same goal and work together! However you do it, just make sure you enjoy the process as it is as important as the goal itself!
