Moreover, Founded in 1916 as a professional business training institute, Columbia Business School is best known for its MBA programs. Furthermore, the school offers a wide range of concentrations, including accounting, consulting, general management, health care administration, international business, and real estate. Also, Columbia Business School has a highly selective admissions process; of 6,033 applicants, only 948 students got accepted.
Columbia Law School is in fourth place on the list of the US News Best Law Schools for 2023. The school offers several degree options: Juris Doctor (J.D.), a one-year Master of Laws (LL.M.), and Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.). For students interested in pursuing multidisciplinary studies, the school also offers a wide range of joint or dual degree programs, including the well-known J.D. or M.B.A. programs with Columbia Business School.
Recently established in 2021, the Climate School is the first new school to be established at the university in 25 years. Moreover, Columbia University's school of climate research currently offers eight master programs.
