As English is widely spoken in Australia and is the primary language medium in most Australian higher education institutions, you'll be required to submit proof of English language proficiency. Also, this is the case if you're not taking international qualifications in high school. Moreover, here are the following English proficiency tests that are accepted in most Australian higher education institutions:
Complete secondary school overseas
Initially, One of the requirements to study in Australia includes completing secondary school in your home country or somewhere outside Australia.
In addition, The International Baccalaureate (IB), GCE A-Levels, and the Advanced International Certificate of Education are a few international qualifications recognized by Australian higher education institutions.
For the IB Diploma Programme, you can find IB diploma scores that have been converted into an Australian Tertiary Entrance Rank (ATAR) value from the Australasian Conference of Tertiary Admissions Centres (ACTAC) below:
